For items that are frequently consumed or regularly repurchased, such as nearly finished milk or toilet paper, Sorter recommends adding them through the "Restock" method. These restocking plans for existing items can also be added to the "Shopping List" until they are actually purchased and then converted.
Sorter offers 2 ways to add "Restock" items to the "Shopping List" for existing items:
On the homepage, tap the +
, which will bring up the add item page.
While entering the item name on this page, Sorter will match items based on the name. Matching items will be displayed below the input box as item cards.
Tap the target item card, and the name component will be hidden. Tap the card again to return to the previous name input state.
Set the desired quantity for the shopping list and click Submit
to add it successfully.
Tap to enter the target item details and switch to the "Stock" (default).
Tap "Restock" to bring up the stock restocking page.
Keep the item in the "Shopping List" option, set the quantity, and click Submit
to create successfully.
Note: Keep the item in the 'Shopping List' option. If you select 'Storage', it will directly restock the item.
