Scan to Restock

Prerequisites

• iOS version 16 or higher

• Permission granted to use the camera

Note: To match existing items and perform the restocking operation, the item must have barcode information. Please read Add barcode to item to complete the barcode information for the item, after which you can use the scan to restock function.

1. On the home page, click the barcode scan icon in the top right corner to bring up the barcode scanning page.

1. Point the camera at the item's barcode. Once the device successfully recognizes the barcode information, a temporary item card will be generated in the lower half of the page, and the device will vibrate. If the match is successful, the card will display the corresponding item information.

1. Scanning the same barcode multiple times will increase the quantity. You can also click on the quantity component. If the item includes expiry information, you can directly click the expiry information button to set it.

1. Once all the items have been added, click on Add. Sorter will then proceed to update the data.
